Meet the Creatrix
My name is Mahogany Autumn, & I am an Holistic Living Practitioner, Herbalist, Medicinals Creatrix, Educator, & Earth Tender. I live amidst the biodiverse beauty of the Siskiyou Mountains in Southern Oregon. I hold in person offerings within Jackson & Josephine counties, as well as virtual containers to harmonize with our innate vitality. I specialize in Gut Imbalances, Women’s Womb Wellness, & Nourishing the Mamababy Continuum.
Immersed in the natural world all throughout my childhood in the hills and forests of Ashland Oregon, this love & connection gradually evolved into building intimate relationships to the plants around. From this connection my relation expanded into learning how to support my own vibrancy with the herbs’ guidance during times of immense health imbalance.
Rooted hearth came through my heart as the desire to honor the land by cultivating connection to her beauty & abundance, while leading people back home to the rooted ancestral knowing of healing our beings with herbs as our guide. I believe that when we create opportunities for relating to the natural world & ancestral rhythms, we are innately supported in illuminating our rooted wellness.
I have dedicated my service within age groups ranging from toddlers through to adults, sharing the plants wisdom by teaching at a Waldorf farm school, holding communal medicine making classes, wildcrafting walks, herbal womb journeys, teaching at women’s gatherings, & more to come.
I studied formally at vital ways institute in Portland Oregon, where I achieved certification as a holistic herbalist, showing my commitment and over 400 hrs of study, application, experimentation, and integration.
I am continuously evolving through expanding my range of experience & expertise by completing my Clinical Herbalist Certification, working towards my LMT; specializing in perinatal, postpartum, & pediatric massage with focus on craniosacral & myofascial release techniques, so I may be of greater service to the community.
